Why I Love my Freezer Part 2

Yes you are seeing correctly a
72 oz bag of chocolate chips

So I decided to make cookies

Here is the recipe I use

This makes soft chocolate chip cookies
WONDERFUL

This is what you need

You really need a heavy duty mixer
the dough is very stiff

Before I had a heavy mixer
I used a fork


One trick I like to do with the chips so you get some in every bite




Yummmmmmmmmmmm
It also allows you cut down on the amount of chips you use


This recipe makes 6 dozen

I cooked 3 dozen




I made all the balls using one of these




And put 3 dozen back in the FREEZER
